We’re happy to offer our hotel guests the following services, as well as special access to some of our activities. Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort.
Forgot your toothbrush? Need a souvenir? The Mountain Shoppe is stocked with toiletries, branded Bear Creek gifts, and clothing. Bathing suits, towels, and sunscreen are also available for purchase.
Our Business Center is equipped with a copy and fax machine, laptop hook-ups, printer, and a computer with printing capabilities. It’s located in the Hotel’s South Lobby.

Break a sweat in our modern fitness center, whether you prefer strength training equipment or cardiovascular machines, including stationary bicycles, ellipticals, and treadmills. The Fitness Center is free to use for all registered guests 16 years of age or older. It’s located on the ground floor of the Hotel’s South Tower.
The Hotel’s North Tower has a heated indoor pool and indoor and outdoor hot tubs. The mountain-side outdoor pool and hot tub are adjacent to the Hotel’s South Tower. Towels are available at the pools.

Indoor Pool & Hot Tub Hours
Year round: 7am-11pm
At Bear Creek Mountain Resort, there’s no shortage of outdoor fun. We offer equipment for tennis, basketball, geocaching, kayaks, paddle boards, and paddle boats (weather permitting). An additional fee is charged to rent fishing equipment.
Resort guests are able to cozy up around our fire pit with our s’mores kits. Kits are available for procurement for $5 at the Trail’s End café and Mountain Activity Center every Friday-Sunday from 8-10pm, July through September.
All hotel guests have complimentary access to hike and bike along our 7-mile trail system and play at our 18-hole disc golf course. Stop by the Mountain Activity Center or hotel front desk for trail maps.
During the winter season, resort guests can use the Hotel Ski/Snowboard Check, which includes storage cubbies for personal items. This self-serve ski check is located on the lower level of the Hotel’s North Tower. It offers convenient access to and from the slopes.
Guests receive exclusive pricing on ski and snowboard lessons and equipment rentals while staying at Bear Creek Mountain Resort.
